Ancient Wisdom on Sexual Health and Vitality

The New Moon is a time to release the old energy in our bodies, and ground ourselves in Mother Earth – and The Red Tent – for renewal and replenishment, inspiration and empowerment. This month brought increased awareness of my Body Temple, and the Sacred Space that I inhabit.  I moved, (more space for the Red Tent!), got sick (created a whole reboot of my health, habits and relationship with food), and, most important, I s-l-o-w-e-d down.  Mining for gifts while in the underworld, I was inspired to invite a Goddess who teaches worldwide on sexual health and vitality.
Solla Pizzuto is a Global Wellness Educator who will guide us in the ancient secrets of increased sexual energy through revitalizing the Health to our Internal Organs. This has the effect of increasing our Vitality, while Rejuvenating and reversing our biological age. It has a side benefit of greater Mental and Emotional Intelligence, deepening our Awareness of Conscious Intimacy and Spiritual Development.
At this Red Tent gathering we will dive into: 
Medical Qi Gong to revitalize internal organs & sexual energy
Internal detox practices for optimum health
Guided wellness meditation for mind/body health & longevity.

NOTE: Thursday meeting this month! 
Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and we start promptly at 7:30. We begin by creating sacred space. Containing this energy is vital to our process and latecomers will not be allowed in. We don’t want to turn anyone away, so please, be sure to arrive before 7:30. Also, take care to nourish yourself before coming so you are fully present and able to enjoy the experience.

WHAT TO BRING
Red adornments and dress will enhance your experience.
Bring red luscious fruits, red rose petals, red roses and/or fresh flower bouquets to co-create sacred temple space for us to bathe in the high frequencies of beauty together.
Also, you may want to bring your favorite crystal, one that calls to your womb and feminine energy, and any special altar items to decorate, along with your journal to jot down inspirations and visions.
